You Give. We Give Back.

Members give what they can. Coming Clean multiplies that support through capacity-building, convening, and small grants across the network.

How are Member Giving funds used?

Member Giving strengthens Coming Clean's ability to anchor, coordinate, and resource this network. It deepens shared ownership and accountability for our strategy, multiplying the impact of our network as we respond to the acceleration of climate inequities and environmental health injustices.

We use Member Giving funds to:

  • Improve equitable sharing of resources across our network, including direct support to member groups.
  • Bolster our infrastructure to increase network connection, collaboration, and aligned strategy.
  • Enhance capacity to meet emerging opportunities and member goals.

Members share the vision. They drive the mission. Their giving strengthens Coming Clean so we can fortify the network, support one another, and withstand the ebbs and flows of uncertainty.

Member Giving is voluntary. It has no effect—positive or negative—on a member's access, standing, or ability to participate in Coming Clean.

What do we ask members to give?

Our pay-what-you-can model is designed to build power, not pressure. Any amount makes a difference and members choose what is feasible and meaningful for them.

Recommended gifts:

  • Environmental Justice & Grassroots Orgs: $0 or as desired
  • Technical Experts: $100 per year
  • Nonprofit, Research & Nongovernmental Orgs: 0.1% of annual budget
